Varazze – Pratorotondo

The characteristic Creusa “Via Bianca”, descends to the valley of the Arrestra stream and ascends to the seventeenth-century Carmelite Monastery of the Desert Hermitage, leading to the heart of the “Beigua Regional Park – Unesco Global Geopark”. Crossing beech and chestnut forests, you reach the location of Pratorotondo, from which numerous excursions branching off, ultimately reaching the summit of Mount Beigua where the Sanctuary of Regina Pacis (1287 m.) stands. Here you’ll enjoy a 360° view of the Ligurian Riviera and on clear days, even of Corsica.
