This historic restaurant, now in its fourth generation and about to celebrate its centenary, offers high quality gastronomic cuisine with an obsessive search for the best local ingredients. The respectable wine cellar is run with professionalism and love for the Pennavaire Valley. The restaurant is distinguished by bread made with sourdough, fresh pasta in the Piacenza tradition, and vegetables and oil from the Scola organic farm. The pastry, taken care of by Michela, splendidly concludes the great work of Roberto and his team, always assisted by Fausto, Gabriele and Samuele.
