N.4 Luceto Path – Pian del Pero

The route starts immersed in nature and following the Buraxe stream, offering pleasant natural sceneries such as lakes, small waterfalls and water jumps. A steeper ascent leads to Pian del Pero and leaving out the detours to Bric Genova and Ellera the loop trail leads through a thick ilex forest and, after a long halfway up the hill, into a chestnut forest. The trail then descends steeply between swaths of cultivated fields and olive trees of an old farmstead offering stunning panoramic views of the valley and toward the coast.
