Antica Strada Via dei Vescovi

This easy walk is suitable for anyone and provides magnificent views of the sea and the Ligurian coastline. It traces the whole history of the ancient town of Noli. The trail starts in Spotorno from the “Casa al Mare dell’Incoronata” and following marker number 4 reaches with a short detour first the medieval Castle of Monte Ursino, which can be visited during the weekends, and then the Bishop’s Palace. Here you may descend by the ancient Papone Tower to visit Noli, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages and return walking by the seaside promenade.
