Anello di Monte Piccaro

After an initial uphill stretch the path soon offers a beautiful view from the top of Borghetto and over the coast. Following the trail, the panorama becomes increasingly impressive; you’ll walk along stretches of forest dominated by black hornbeam and manna ash alongside holm oaks. The path continues until you reach the crossroads of Mount Piccaro. From here you rise a few metres up to the “Madonnina del Piccaro” (253 m), an exceptional panoramic point. Back on the crossroads, you descend the dirt track down returning to Borghetto and completing this pleasant loop.
