Cinzia in the kitchen serves traditional and creative dishes using local products and Slow Food presidia. Miranda, a sommelier, offers guests both Ligurian and non-Ligurian wines, choosing between small emerging realities and established excellences. The dishes offered in the Osteria follow the seasons with themed menus dedicated to the excellence of the Albenga plain: violet asparagus, spiny artichoke, ox-heart tomato and trombetta courgette.
Theme evenings are frequently organised where food and culture meet.
