Gin del Molo

Born in Varigotti from the passion of Paolo and Francesca, who conceived and perfected the recipe for Gin del Molo in 2020.
We are in an iconic place in Liguria, where from the coast one climbs the paths to the Manie plateau.
It is produced in the Origine Green Spirits distillery in Cengio, with botanicals and essences processed from our local produce such as lemons and thyme harvested on our farm.
