Terre Rosse

The farm ‘Cascina delle Terre Rosse’, on the Manie plateau at 300m, cultivates 4.5 hectares of organic vineyards without herbicides and chemical fertilisers. They produce Vermentino and Pigato DOC, Apogeo, Ottava Meraviglia, Le Banche (whites); Il Solitario (red) and Metodo Classico Brut Rosé ”Le Manie” (sparkling wine). Since 1985, the owner has also invested in a farmhouse project with three rooms overlooking the vineyard to improve the quality of the farm.
