N.7 Golfo dell’Isola cycle path

The Gulf of the Island ring is a fascinating panoramic route that crosses the four municipalities of the district. It is made by a mix of asphalt and dirt road suitable for cyclists at all levels. The route starts in Spotorno and leads to the slopes of Monte Mao; from here, it crosses the inter-municipal road to the Colla di Magnone and descends to the Manie plateau. You cross path 11 in Noli to the Castle of Monte Ursino, after which you turn left to return in the direction of Spotorno. The use of an electric bicycle is recommended for those who do not have regular training.
